Shipping and Return

Your Packaging 

Packages will usually shipped within 2 days after receiving the payment. We ship with DHL and the possibility of tracking.  

The shipping costs contain charges for loading and packaging as well as postage. The charges of loading are fix, while the postage can depend on the weight of the package. We recommend to summarize multiple articles to one order. We cannot combine two orders therefore the shipping cots will be charged for each order. The package will be send at your own risk, but fragile goods will be handled carefully. 

We ship worldwide but for countries out of Europe we have to calculate the shipping costs individually. In this case please send an e-mail to shop@herz-filament.at.
